UN Day 2025 – A Day of Peace & Unity

What to Expect:
- Student Presentations – Reflections on peace, sustainability, and global citizenship.
- Cultural Performances – Music, dance, and art representing the diversity of our community.
- Model UN Activities – Engaging debates and discussions on world issues.
- Peace Ceremony – A symbolic activity to promote unity and understanding.
MYP UN DAY
Europaskolans FN-dag, eller ”Service as Action” dag, är när eleverna i MYP jobbar med volontärarbete under en hel dag, för att samla in pengar till en organisation. Eleverna kan t ex skapa bake sales eller jobba med olika arbetsuppgifter som att kratta löv, eller städa i deras hem.
Organisationerna är utvalda av MYP 4 utifrån elevernas arbete med uniten ”Towards a better world”. Årets fokus har varit på kvinnor och flickor och Europaskolans elever stöttade Wateraid i Ghana, Panzisjukhuset i Kongo, Global giving i Mozambique och Belarus women Fundation.
Tidigare år har Europaskolans Service as action dag samlat in pengar för att borra brunnar åt ett barnhem i Uganda.
